Souti ("we") is a mobile application and this policy informs you how we collect, use and disclose your personal data when you use our services. You need to know that we need to use your data to provide and improve our services and to provide protection for your data.

1) Who we are

Souti is a mobile application dedicated to providing entertainment to its users.

2) Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to our websites, applications, events and other services operated under the Souti brand.

3) The data we collect and how we collect it

Third-party data When you choose to share other people's information with us (for example, if you use the contact details of someone you know for a particular function, or if you submit a query or report involving a member), we process this data on your behalf to fulfill your request.
Customer Support Data When you contact us, you provide us with information that may help resolve your query. Others may also submit queries or reports involving you. Finally, our auditors and team may collect other data during the course of an investigation.
Social Media Data You may decide to share data with us through accounts on other platforms (e.g. Facebook, Snapchat, Apple), for example, if you decide to create and log in to your account through those platforms.

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Souti will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless appropriate controls are in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

By agreeing to this Privacy Policy and subsequently submitting such information, you consent to that transmission.

5) How we share data

Since our goal is to provide you with a valuable service, some of your information will of course be visible to other members on the service. We also share data with service providers and partners who assist us in operating the service.

Third Party Service Providers We share data with suppliers who help us operate and improve our services. They provide us with services such as data hosting and maintenance, analytics, marketing, payment processing, legal support and secure operations. We will make third party service providers aware of and comply with our privacy policy through negotiations, agreements, etc.; if a third party service provider violates our privacy policy, we will take legal action against it to protect the security of user data.

6) Your data rights

We want you to be in control of your data, so we would like to remind you of the following available rights

Correction: correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You can update your data directly in the service by simply updating your profile.
Deletion: right to erasure of personal data. You can delete part of the data you provided to us directly within the Services, and you can also cancel your account to delete all your data. The way to cancel your account is: [Login to Souti] - [My] - [Settings] - [Account Cancellation], please note that all data including but not limited to user's gold coins, photos, dynamics, etc. will be deleted after the account is canceled.
Withdrawal of Consent: Withdrawal of the consent you gave us to process your personal data for specific purposes. You can withdraw the consent you have given us by removing the device permissions you have agreed to in the device settings (e.g. access to specific types of device data such as phone contacts, pictures or consent to receive push notifications) directly from within the app - Settings. Some services may lose functionality when you withdraw your consent.

7) Data retention, deletion rules

We will, for legitimate business reasons(and retain your personal data for as long as necessary as permitted by applicable law. If you decide to stop using our services, you can cancel your account and your personal data will no longer be visible to other users)

7.1: In order to protect the security of our members, we implement a security retention period of three months after an account is canceled or one year after an account is banned. During this period, we retain your data to investigate illegal or harmful behavior. Retention of data during this security retention period is based on our legitimate interests and the legitimate interests of potential third party victims.

7.2: We retain limited data to comply with legal data retention obligations: Specifically, we retain transactional data for 10 years to comply with tax and accounting law requirements, retain credit card information for as long as a user can challenge a transaction, and retain application logs for one year to comply with legal data retention obligations.

7.3: We retain limited data on the basis of legitimate interest: we will retain information about your interactions with our customer service department for 5 years from the date of the communication, and customer service records and supporting data and downloaded/purchased data for 10 years to support our security efforts, to support our customer service decisions, to enforce our rights, and to enable us to defend ourselves in the event of a claim.

7.4: We retain data in accordance with our legitimate interests when there is an outstanding or potential issue, claim or dispute that requires us to do so, in particular when we have received a valid lawful subpoena or request that requires us to retain the data (in which case we need to retain the data in order to comply with our legal obligations) or if the data is necessary as part of a legal proceeding.

7.5: To the extent permitted by law, we may maintain and use data that is not inherently identifiable or specifically attributable to you for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to improve our services and create new features, technologies and services and to keep our services secure.

8) Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to anyone under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 18. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us or use the reporting mechanism provided within the Platform and we will take steps to delete the information from our servers.

9) Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time and we will notify you by posting the new privacy policy on this page.
